How long does it take to get my estimate back?

In most cases, we will have your estimate ready to mail or email within a week of your appointment. Once we know it may take longer, we will reach out to let you know how much more time it may require.

Do you warranty your work?

All shrubs, flowers and trees will be warranted for 1 year from the purchase of your material maintaining it is adequately watered. Overwatering and underwatering will void the warranty.

How Long Is My Quote Good For?

Each quote is good for 30 days from the date on your quote.

Mowing quotes are good for 1 season.

How Do I Get my work on the schedule?

All landscape jobs will be added to our schedule once we receive your signed estimate and your deposit. Work is done on a first come, first serve basis. A deposit of 1/2 your quoted total is required for scheduling.

If your received a mowing quote, no deposit is required, just your signed quote.

How do I pay my bill?

If you receive your invoice by email, there is a link to pay your bill in the email with a credit or debit card. You can mail in a check or call in your payment and pay over the phone with a credit or debit card.
